We do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and smoothly. Here you'll find all the information about shipping and returns.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from our warehouse in Hudson, New York. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are usually handed to the carrier within 1 business day.
Pre-orders: this doesn't apply to pre-order items. They ship when the batch arrives at our warehouse; the expected ship date is shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it ships together once the pre-order batch arrives. The delivery times below apply from the day your order ships.

- East Coast, South & Midwest: 2–5 business days
- West Coast & Mountain states: 3–6 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii & US territories: 1–2 weeks

- Contiguous US: $4.95
- Alaska, Hawaii & US territories: $9.95
- Free shipping on all US orders over $150
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep.
Returns
If you change your mind or for any other reason wish to return your product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our return process is simple:
- Send an email to us-order@planorashop.com
- We'll send you a return shipping label
- Drop off your package at your nearest UPS location
- Once we receive the item, we inspect it to ensure it's unused and in its original packaging
- When the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging and protective wrapping intact.
If a product is sealed in protective plastic (for example, shrink-wrapped inside a box), the seal must remain unbroken. Items where internal protective wrapping has been opened or removed are not eligible for return.
Outer mailing packaging may be opened, and product boxes may be carefully opened for inspection — but all internal protective packaging must remain intact.
The return shipping cost is $4.95 and will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping cost.

Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected and are returned to us are subject to a $20 fee to cover shipping and handling costs.
Please note that unclaimed packages are not considered a valid use of the right of withdrawal. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please collect the package and return it according to our return policy.
