Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from our warehouse in Hudson, New York. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are usually handed to the carrier within 1 business day.

Pre-orders: this doesn't apply to pre-order items. They ship when the batch arrives at our warehouse; the expected ship date is shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it ships together once the pre-order batch arrives. The delivery times below apply from the day your order ships.

• East Coast, South & Midwest: 2–5 business days
• West Coast & Mountain states: 3–6 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii & US territories: 1–2 weeks

• Free shipping on all US orders over $150
